Inclusive Leadership is based on studies that have revealed, in order for innovation to thrive and collaboration to be successful, diversity of thought is essential. Creating a culture where individuals are willing to share their unique perspectives, talents and experiences is the key to this form of leadership.

In this session, participants will gain a deeper understanding of what critical traits and behaviors attribute to inclusive leadership and participants will also be given practical advice for cultivating sustainable methods of harnessing this aspect of leadership on a routine basis.
