Scott Love has been helping recruiters achieve their full potential since 2002 when he launched his training company.  Over 4,500 recruiting and staffing companies from over 36 countries invested in his tools, systems, and online resources.  Two years ago he sold his training company to Next Level Exchange so that he could focus completely on his recruiting desk.  He bills at a high level and enjoys speaking at conferences, showing recruiters how to break their barriers and bill at levels they never thought possible.  He believes that if you are not shooting for at least $500k in your third year of recruiting, then you are not doing the right things and not thinking the right way.  He shows recruiters how to adjust the lens through which they look at this business and how to overcome fears that keep people from achieving greatness.

Scott is a graduate of the United States Naval Academy and lives in the Washington, DC, area with his wife, two children, and a puppy named Ruby.
